We will meet the seller and certify the front entry is easy to operate.  What ever is necessary.   We can replace the keys, repair or replace the lock(s).  Our goal is to make your listing easy for for the selling agent, and provide a great first impression for the buyer.

A new key will be included.  The key will have the listing agents name engraved on it.  This key will be tested for reliability, and we will guarantee it to work every time.

We will meet the buyer after closing, explain the free warrantee that your provided, and offer a discount for additional services.
